Community Grants Overview

Areas of support:

Through its strategic planning process, MCF has identified 11 issues that it will support through Community Grants. The Foundation has established goals and strategies for each issue. Detailed information can be found by clicking on the goal areas listed in the chart below.

Process:

All applicants—including organizations that have applied for and/or received support from MCF in the past—should first register with the Grant Application Center, MCF's new online grants application system. This system will enable you to provide all required information online, without having to fill out and send in paperwork.

All staff members needing access to the Grant Application Center should register. However, if more than one person from an organization wants to register, a person who will serve as your organization's administrator for the Grant Application Center should register first. After MCF reviews your organization's registration, he or she will then have the ability to give permission to other staff members to register.

You can register with the Grant Application Center starting on the Registration Open Date for the goal(s) you are applying under. The goals that are currently open are noted in red in the chart below.

You may apply for support under more than one goal area.
